Vacancy – Guest Services Assistant – Fixed Term Contract
We’re on the look-out for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Guest Services Assistant on a fixed term contract to deliver first-class customer service to patients at our Crowborough Hospital – a centre of excellence in orthopaedics. Recently awarded OUTSTANDING by the CQC, we’re a hospital with a difference.
A highly customer focused, skilled multi-tasker, you’ll work across the hospital in different areas. Working as a ward clerk; in our surgical clinic preparing paperwork; to completing medical records, no two days are the same. You’ll have bags of energy and be able to adapt to change

Must Haves
- Face to face customer service experience
- A minimum of two years office experience
- Ability to multi-task and confident to work alone
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with colleagues at all levels
- A bright and breezy telephone manner (you can hear a smile over the phone!)
- Computer literacy including working experience of word, excel and outlook
Nice to Haves
- Customer Service training
- Previous experience in a medical setting will set you apart from the rest
- Experience of maintaining petty cash records and petty cash reconciliation
- Knowledge of Pims
