Private Patient Services Advisor

£9.65 - £10.66 Zero Hours/Bank contract
We are on the look-out for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Private Patient Services Assistant on a zero hours/bank contract basis to generate private patient business through building strong relationships with internal and external customers, giving timely and accurate advice when requested and providing feedback to the organisation on changing customer requirements.
A highly customer focused, skilled multi-tasker who will answer all calls in a professional manner; giving costs of procedures where appropriate and information regarding the Horder Centre and the Mcindoe Centre where possible taking patient details. You will respond to patient emails and enquiries generated by the websites via the CRM or any other sources.
You will make outpatient appointments and keep the ‘Client Relationship Management’ system updated.
