Hotel Services Assistant – Catering - Crowborough
£17,000 ( pro rata) 5.5 hours per week
We are currently recruiting an enthusiastic individual to join us a Hotel Services Assistant. We are looking for a person with meticulous standards to support a friendly Catering Team.
Main duties will include:
- Assisting the chef in the recording of patients, visitors and staff food and beverage orders and communicate these to the kitchen.
- Preparing the necessary patient trays and trolleys in accordance with food & beverage orders.
- Assisting in the preparation and service of any sandwiches, salads, cold starters and beverages for patients, visitors and staff meal service.
- Serving all food and beverages according to laid down standards.
- Ensuring that any special dietary requirements of patients, visitors and staff are recorded and adhered to.
- Working in the Coffee Shop preparing, serving and taking payment for goods on sale.Must Haves
- If you have previous experience in this field and excellent customer service skills, you could be what we are looking for.
- food safety Level 2 (this will be provided by HHC if needed)
- The ability to work as part of a team
- Flexibility with regards to shift patterns
Nice to Haves
- To be aware of the key issues in safeguarding children and vulnerable adults
