Receptionist– The McIndoe Centre, East Grinstead
£8.72 - £9.05 Bank (zero hours) contract
We’re on the look-out for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Receptionist to deliver first-class customer service to patients at our McIndoe Centre.
A highly customer focused, skilled multi-tasker, you’ll be the first impression of the hospital. You’ll have bags of energy and be able to adapt to change
Must Haves
- Excellent communications skills
- Excellent administration, organisation skills
- Previous reception experience
- Good general education
- Computer Literate
- Typing/keyboard skills
- Minimum 2 years office experience
- Experience of dealing with the public
- Maintaining petty cash records and reconciliation
- Good individual and team player
Nice to Haves
- Previous medical reception experience
- Microsoft or similar computer qualification
- Knowledge or Pims or Compucare
