Social Media & Content Coordinator 


Horder Healthcare is on the look-out for an exceptional “storyteller” to join our Marketing team based in East Grinstead and Crowborough. 


What you'll do 

  • Devise and implement strategy for organic social media activity. 
  • Oversee delivery of social media and website content.  
  • Create compelling and relatable case studies. 
  • Develop and maintain regular email strategy.  
  • Work with designers and create copy for marketing collateral. 
  • Develop monthly performance metrics. 
  • Work with PR agency to produce community/stakeholder press coverage. 


Who you'll be 

  • Be a creative ‘storyteller’ whilst process driven, and data focused. 
  • Willing to share knowledge and actively participate in building an inclusive culture.  
  • Be experienced in social media and content writing, but this role would suit someone from a journalism background. 
  • Someone who is dynamic, innovative, and confident.  
  • Someone who enjoys working collaboratively.  


What you need to have 

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a content/communications role.  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  
  • Extensive experience of Hootsuite and Mailchimp. 
  • High level of IT skills. 
  • Educated to degree level.
