Sterile Services Technician - Crowborough
We're on the look-out for a Sterile Services Technician to join the Theatre team at The Horder Centre on a full time basis.
What you'll do
- Re-packing of surgical instruments and sterilising.
- Preparation of soft pack trays for surgery & re-stocking of soft pack cupboards.
- Ensuring cleanliness of the Sterile Services Department.
- Testing of autoclaves and washers daily and reporting any faults.
- Conducting weekly testing of machinery when required, and reporting any faults.
- Following the Quality Management System.

What you need to have
- Understanding of the processes within a Sterile Services Department.
- Knowledge of and the ability to recognise the instrumentation being processed.
