We're on the look-out for an experienced HR & Recruitment Assistant, to join our HR team at The Horder Centre , Crowborough on a fixed term contract until 31.12.22

What you'll do 

  • Maintain and update all electronic records, including personnel files and HR and Applicant Tracking systems
  • Process new starters, contract changes and leavers accurately and in a timely manner
  • Support with the applicant onboarding processes, ensuring pre-employment checks are undertaken in a timely and efficient manner
  • Arrange HR events

What you need to have 

  • Minimum 2 years of high level administration experience
  • Attention to details
  • Experience of using Microsoft Office packages and computerised HR systems
  • Working knowledge of the data Protection Act and Information Governance standards
