Vacancy – Clinical Quality Manager

Good clinical governance plays a vital role within this and therefore, we are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated, organised and dedicated individuals with a clinical background and who have strong communications and organisational skills.
The Clinical Quality Manager will be based across all of our sites in Crowborough, East Grinstead and Seaford. They will report directly to the Clinical Services Manager and will be responsible for co-ordinating the hospital’s quality improvement plan and ensuring the hospital has safe, effective and robust systems in place to provide assurance and monitor quality and safety.
Must Haves
- Previous experience of working with risk management data bases

- Experience of audit, risk management and quality improvement processes

- Previous Healthcare experience

- Excellent influencing skills

- Experience of reporting and grading patient safety incidents and root cause analysis

- Strong communication and organisational skills

- Excellent IT Skills

- Clinical qualification
