Guest Services Assistant - Crowborough
£19,020 ( pro rata) 22.5hours - permanent
We are on the look-out for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Guest Services Assistant to deliver first-class customer service to patients at our Crowborough Hospital – a centre of excellence in orthopaedics. Recently awarded OUTSTANDING by the CQC, we are a hospital with a difference.
You never get a second chance to make a first impression. As the first point of contact for visitors to the hospital you’ll provide the very warmest of welcomes. You will have bags of energy, providing outstanding customer service whilst managing a busy switchboard and carrying out general administration duties.
Must Haves
- Face to face customer service experience including reception
- A minimum of two years office experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with colleagues at all levels
- A bright and breezy telephone manner (you can hear a smile over the phone!)
- Computer literacy including working experience of word, excel and outlook
- Experience of maintaining petty cash records and petty cash reconciliation
Nice to Haves
- Customer Service training
- Previous reception experience in a medical setting will set you apart from the rest
