HR Advisor
Full Time (37.5 hours per week), Permanent
A fantastic opportunity has emerged for an HR Advisor to join the Human Resources team at Horder Healthcare working across sites in Crowborough and East Grinstead with occasional travel to Eastbourne. This is a full time permanent role with some flexibility to work from home.
An HR Advisor at Horder Healthcare is a valuable contributor to the day to day operations of the HR team, which provides a comprehensive professional generalist HR service. This post also provides a great opportunity for someone who is talented and innovative with an interest and understanding of the vision, purpose and values of a customer focused HR Strategy to add real value to the Business. This role will focus on collaborating with designated Business areas, advising on employee relation issues and HR projects
Must Haves:
- Experience of working within an HR setting in an advisory role for 2 years
- Exposure to employee relations processes, e.g. Sickness absence, disciplinary, performance issues
- Flexibility to travel between different sites
- Knowledge, understanding and application of employment law
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent IT skills, including previous experience of HR systems and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel to produce reports
- Ability to plan and prioritise own work
- Able to work in confidence and with discretion
- Ability to work effectively to meet deadlines
