We're on the look-out for an experienced Senior Registered Nurse or Ward Manager to join our team at The Horder Centre in Crowborough on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract
What you'll do
- To ensure a high standard of nursing care at all times through the effective management of staff and resources on his/her allocated department
- To be responsible for the organisation of nursing care of patients.
- To ensure effective two-way communication with all disciplines so that patients receive optimum care

What you need to have
- NMC registration, NMC teaching/Assessing qualification
- Degree level or equivalent and evidence of Continuing Professional Development
- Experience in Orthopaedics
- Assertive, dynamic, enthusiastic communication skills
