Sister – OPD & Pre Assessment – East Grinstead - Full Time – 37.5hrs
We are on the lookout for a Sister in our Outpatients & Pre Assessment department to lead and support the medical staff at The McIndoe Centre
What you'll do
- Deliver at all times high quality nursing care by assessment of patient need, implementation of care and evaluation of progress/outcomes, in line with national and corporate standards
- To work co-operatively with medical staff and other members of the multidisciplinary team in order to ensure positive outcomes for each patient episode
- Provide professional and managerial leadership

What you need to have
- Experience as a Registered Nurse/ODP
- The ability to work on your own or within a team
- Able to work under pressure
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
