We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Theatre Practitioner based at The Horder Centre, Crowborough. This role is offered on a bank / zero hours contract.
 
About the role:
  • To deliver at all times high quality care by assessment, implementation and evaluation of patient’s needs
  • Provide a seamless service throughout the perioperative phase, with a particular emphasis on anaesthetics and post- anaesthetic recovery
  • Contribute to ensuring well lead theatre with the support of senior colleagues
  • To continually review the workload in all theatre areas, deploying staff accordingly, and utilise all resources effectively to deliver quality care at all times
About you:
  • Registered Nurse or equivalent Operating Department Practitioner Level 3 Qualification
  • Prior theatre experience within a scrub role, including orthopaedics plastics, ophthalmology, max-fax, or have an anaesthetics and recovery qualification
  • Compassionate, with excellent communication skills
  • Good IT skills
  • ILS training, or a willingness to undertake training
Location: The Horder Centre, Crowborough
Working Hours: Bank – flexibility required
Salary: £28.30 per hour
