Contracts Manager
Horder Healthcare is on the look out for an exceptional Contracts Manager for 30 hours per week on a fixed term contract until 31st October 2022 based at our hospital in Crowborough
What you'll do
- Proactively manage contracts where Horder Healthcare is the provider of clinical services, ensuring delivery and minimising commercial risk to the organisation;
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with commissioners and other partners to retain business and develop opportunities for further business.
- Proactively scanning for tender opportunities to generate new business opportunities.
- Supporting the Hospital Directors in leading tenders and bids; and other business development business cases
Who you'll be
- Highly numerate; analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent organisation skills with high level of attention to detail.
- Strong business and commercial drive
- Outstanding communication and influencing skills
What you need to have
- Demonstrable expertise in the NHS Standard Contract and associated processes, policies, and structures
- Experience in negotiation, development, and management of NHS contracts
- Experience in managing relationships with NHS commissioners and providers.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the industry
- Ability to create and implement solutions to business processes
