We're on the look-out for an experienced Claims and Complaints Lead, to work cross site within our Governance team at Horder Healthcare
What you'll do
- Manage and maintain contemporaneous records on all claims and complaints received by Horder Healthcare.
- Liaise directly with patients in response to their complaints.
- Work closely with relevant managers in the collation and analysis of incidents, claims, complaints and patent experience identifying trends and areas of particular risk.
- To provide support and cross working with the Datix lead
- To provide administrative support to the Governance team

What you need to have
- Experience with complaints management
- Customer Service experience
- High level of administration experience
- Competent with working with excel and word, databases, Outlook and Teams.
