We're on the look-out for an experienced Claims and Complaints Lead, to work cross site within our Governance team at Horder Healthcare

What you'll do  

  • Manage and maintain contemporaneous records on all claims and complaints received by Horder Healthcare.
  • Liaise directly with patients in response to their complaints.
  • Work closely with relevant managers in the collation and analysis of incidents, claims, complaints and patent experience identifying trends and areas of particular risk.
  • To provide support and cross working with the Datix lead
  • To provide administrative support to the Governance team

What you need to have

  • Experience with complaints management
  • Customer Service experience
  • High level of administration experience
  • Competent with working with excel and word, databases, Outlook and Teams.
