Healthcare Assistant – 37.5 hours per week – day and night shifts
We're on the look-out for a qualified Healthcare Assistant, to join our Ward team at Horder Healthcare . The role is based at our hospital in Crowborough.
What you'll do
- Providing a caring and professional nursing service
- Contributing to the support and monitoring of patients
- Identifying and reporting any significant changes that might affect the patient’s health and well-being to the appropriate person
- Acting as a patient advocate at all times; ensuring the privacy and dignity of all
Who you'll be

What you need to have
- Experience in patient care in a hospital or care setting
- Healthcare Assistant, NVQ Level 1/2/3 an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A pro -active approach to your role
