Patient Care Advisor – Sussex MSK Partnership East - 30 hours a week
We’re looking for a Patient Care Advisor to join us at Sussex MSK Partnership East (based in Eastbourne) on a permanent basis, to work in a varied role which involves referral management and responding to incoming queries from patients over the phone and by email. It allows some autonomy as well as working in a productive and welcoming team, who always put the patient first.
What you’ll do
- Processing patient referrals. You will be responsible for assuring that the patients journey through our service is joined up and that patients, GP’s, providers & services are informed at every step.
- Managing patients referrals at every level within the patient journey, offering choice and advice at each stage of their care.
- Ensuring quality and handling patient data responsibly.

- First-rate communication and writing skills.
- Professional and positive attitude, open to feedback.
- Advanced Microsoft Office and IT knowledge.
