Healthcare Assistant – Bank contract
We're on the look-out for a qualified Healthcare Assistant, to join our Pre Assessment and Day Services Unit team at Horder Healthcare on a bank contract at our hospital in Crowborough.
This is a great opportunity if you 'd prefer a flexible working arrangement on a zero
hour bank contract, where you can pick and choose when you'd like to work
What you'll do
- Providing a caring and professional nursing service
- Contributing to the support and monitoring of patients
- Identifying and reporting any significant changes that might affect the patient’s health and well-being to the appropriate person
- Acting as a patient advocate at all times; ensuring the privacy and dignity of all
Who you'll be

What you need to have
- Experience in patient care in a hospital or care setting
- Healthcare Assistant, NVQ Level 1/2/3 an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A pro -active approach to your role
