Patient Care Advisor – Sussex MSK Partnership East 37.5 hours a week
We’re looking for a Patient Care Advisor to join us at Sussex MSK Partnership East (based in Eastbourne) on a permanent full time contract
What you’ll do
- Process patients through their pathways
- Liaise with patients, GP Practices, Hospital and Community services
- Process telephone and email communication
Who you’ll be
- A highly effective administrator.
- A confident communicator.
- Self-driven and forward thinking.
What you need to have
- Ability to collaborate with multiple groups effectively.
- First-rate communication and writing skills.
- Professional and positive attitude, open to feedback.
- Advanced Microsoft Office and IT knowledge.
