We are on the lookout for a Band 5 Registered Nurse to work as part of the medical team within our Day Services & Pre Assessment Unit. at The Horder Centre in Crowborough..
What you'll do
- Deliver at all times high quality nursing care within our dynamic and fast paced Day Services & Pre Assessment Units
- To work co-operatively with medical staff and other members of the multidisciplinary team in order to ensure positive outcomes for each patient episode
