Working within a CQC Outstanding rated hospital, The Horder Centre is looking for an experienced Senior Registered Nurse to join their fantastic inpatient department, the Dufferin Ward. Working alongside a wonderful team of nurses, you will be providing on-hand clinical support and expertise to our valued patients, whilst supporting our registered nurses and healthcare assistants to ensure that we remain committed to providing 5-star service to everyone who walks through The Horder Centre doors. 

Based from The Horder Centre, Crowborough, this is a full-time, permanent role offering fantastic opportunities to grow, learn and develop. This role requires availability on days, weekends, bank holidays, and some night shifts (enhanced rates of pay are offered for these periods).

About you:

  • You will be a passionate and experienced clinical expert, showing excellent communication skills, and empathy.
  • RGN / NMC registered, with prior orthopaedic experience.
  • Personal and approachable, with a real motivation to help uphold the outstanding rating proudly held by The Horder Centre.
  • Excellent communication skills, to help build those all-important and respected relationships with our patients and your direct and wider teams.
  • Proactive and forward thinking, with a passion for continued learning.
