Recently awarded a 5-star rating and ‘excellent’ status on Trustpilot, The McIndoe Centre is looking for an experienced Decontamination Technician, working within the Sterile Services Department. 

Playing a vital role within the clinical team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the  administrative management, logging and coordinating of cleaning and decontamination equipment used within our operating theatres. This role is a fantastic mix of administrative support to the department, as well as hands-on support with the decontamination of clinical supplies. 

This is a permanent, full-time position offering fantastic opportunities to learn, develop and grow within a well-recognised Centre of Excellence.

About you:
* Proactive and forward thinking, with a passion for continued learning.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Excellent IT skills, with a strong understanding of different IT software. 
* Prior experience within a theatre setting would be a bonus!
* Trained to a NVQ Level 3 Institute of Decontamination Sciences (or a willingness to undertake training).
* Proactive and forward thinking, with a passion for continued learning.
