Working within a key team here at Horder Healthcare, we have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Catering Assistant to join our experienced and passionate catering team. From assisting with the training all new members of the team, to providing hands on support, the successful candidate will play an integral role in helping us to continue to provide a 5* service to our valued patients and employees.

Based from The Horder Centre, Crowborough, this is a full-time, fixed-term contract position, with fantastic opportunities to learn, share and develop your skills and know-how.

About you:

  • Experienced in the world of front of house hospitality
  • Empathetic and approachable, with prior people management / leadership experience.
  • Qualified in Food Safety Level 2 is desirable, but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills, to help build those all-important and respected relationships with our patients and your colleagues.
  • Proactive and forward thinking, with a passion for continued learning.
  • A working ethic aligned to our core values as a group: Caring, Friendly, Quality, Integrity and Pride.
