From welcoming patients, to dealing with enquiries, to handling medical records and ensuring our consultants have all the need-to-know information, our Clinical Support Administrators are at the heart of every patients’ journey at The Horder Centre, providing 5* service to both our valued patients and employees.

Based from The Horder Centre, Crowborough, this is a full-time, permanent role, with fantastic opportunities to learn, develop and grow within our outstanding CQC rated hospital. This role is based on a shift pattern and requires working a 1 in 4 Saturday.

About you:

  • You will have a passion for customer service, providing excellent administrative and personal support to everyone who walks through The Horder Centre doors.
  • Excellent communication skills, to help build those all-important and respected relationships with wider teams, and patients.
  • Proactive and forward thinking, with a passion for continued learning.
  • IT savvy! We use a varied range of IT software.
