From welcoming patients, to dealing with face to face and telephone enquiries, our Receptionists are at the heart of every patients’ journey at The Horder Centre, providing 5*service to both our valued patients and employees.

Based from The Horder Centre, Crowborough, this bank / zero-hours contract and offers great flexibility.

About you:

  • You will have a passion for customer service, providing excellent administrative and personal support to everyone who walks through The Horder Centre doors.
  • Excellent communication skills, to help build those all-important and respected relationships with wider teams, and patients.
  • Proactive and forward thinking, with a passion for continued learning.
  • IT savvy! We use a varied range of IT software.
  • Ensure that you working ethic remains aligned to our core values as a group: Caring, Friendly, Quality, Integrity and Pride.

 

In accordance with Home Office guidance successful candidates will be required to evidence their right to work in the UK before commencement of employment.
