Rated Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission and Excellent on Trustpilot, The McIndoe Centre is a leading provider of specialist care. We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our close-knit, highly skilled ward team and deliver exceptional patient care.
Working within a close-knit team of experienced and highly-skilled clinical individuals, you will be responsible for actively participating in maintaining the highest standard of care to our patients, as well as the wider departments, to ensure an efficient and seamless service is provided at all times. Registered with the appropriate governing body, you will use your skills and experience to provide advice and clear communication to help support other members of the team and aid in the efficient, safe and timely progress of our patient’s journey here at Horder Healthcare.

- Prior experience within Plastic's is desirable, but not essential.

- Excellent communication skills, to help build those all-important and respected relationships with our patients and your direct and wider teams.

Location: The McIndoe Centre, East Grinstead
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent (37.5 hours per week)
Work Pattern: Shift-based work (Day Shifts are 0700 - 1930 and Night Shifts are 1900 - 0730)
Salary: Up to £35,236.50 per annum (inclusive of enhancements)
