As our Theatre Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind a motivated, compassionate and skilled theatre team. Your leadership will directly influence patient experience, staff wellbeing and the continued clinical excellence we’re proud of.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, inspire and develop a talented theatre team.
  • Maintain exceptional clinical standards and uphold our Outstanding CQC rating.
  • Ensure safe, seamless and high‑quality patient care.
  • Oversee staffing, resources and theatre operations effectively.
  • Drive service improvements and champion a positive safety culture.
  • Work collaboratively with other clinical teams to deliver outstanding patient pathways.
  • Support recruitment, staff development and performance management.
  • Use your clinical expertise to mentor and guide best practice.

Location: The Horder Centre, Crowborough
Contract Type: Permanent
Work Pattern: 37.5 hours per week
