What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting patients with dignity, compassion and respect throughout their peri‑operative pathway
- Assisting with preparation, transfers and safe patient handling within theatres
Taking part in routine clinical tasks such as basic observations, documentation, and equipment preparation
- Supporting the theatre team during procedures in a circulating role
- Ensuring high standards of infection prevention and control
- Escorting patients and assisting with administrative duties as required
- Reporting changes in patient condition to Registered Nurses or ODPs
- Maintaining accurate records and contributing to safe, effective teamwork
About you:
- Compassionate, patient‑focused and committed to delivering excellent care
- Approachable, professional and able to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues
- Confident communicating within a clinical environment
- Prior UK experience as a Healthcare Assistant (hospital or clinical setting preferred)
- Proactive, eager to learn and committed to ongoing development
- Care Certificate and/or NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (desirable)

Location: The Horder Centre, Crowborough
Contract Type: 37.5 hours over 4 days per week
Shift Patterns: from 8.00am to 6.00pm
Salary: From £24,102.00 per annum (dependant on experience and relevant qualifications).
