At The Horder Centre, we’re looking for an enthusiastic TSSU Assistant who’s passionate about precision, high standards, and supporting exceptional patient care. This is your chance to join a friendly, high‑performing team and make a real impact every day.

What You’ll Do
Become an essential part of our Sterile Services Unit, ensuring our theatre teams are fully equipped and ready to deliver outstanding surgery. You will:

  • Clean, prepare, and sterilise surgical instruments
  • Re‑pack and organise instrument trays
  • Restock essential supplies and soft‑packs
  • Maintain a safe, spotless, and compliant TSSU area
  • Conduct daily autoclave tests and report issues promptly
  • Support senior staff with additional duties

Location: The Horder Centre, Crowborough
Contract Type: 37.5 hours over 4 days per week
Shift Patterns: from 8.00am to 6.00pm
Salary: From £24,102.00 per annum (dependant on experience and relevant qualifications).
