This flexible bank role is perfect for someone who takes pride in delivering high‑quality administrative support and is motivated by making a meaningful difference to patients, families, and clinical colleagues.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will play a vital role in ensuring an efficient, welcoming, and well‑coordinated service for our consultants and patients. You will:

  • Produce accurate correspondence, clinic notes, and medical documentation with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Manage consultant diaries and clinic workflows to support seamless patient journeys.
  • Handle patient enquiries with warmth, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Maintain accurate electronic and paper records in line with organisational and clinical standards.
  • Liaise effectively with consultants, clinical teams, theatres, and reception to support smooth operational delivery.
  • Uphold our values through excellent communication, integrity, and a patient‑centred approach in every interaction.

About You

You will be someone who brings a positive, kind, and professional attitude to their work. You’ll also have:

  • Experience in medical secretarial work.
  • Excellent typing and document production skills, with strong accuracy and grammar.
  • Confidence using digital systems, including Microsoft Office and patient management software.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks calmly and efficiently.
  • A commitment to providing an excellent patient experience every day.
