As part of our MSK team, you’ll deliver high‑quality outpatient physiotherapy across a broad and rewarding caseload, supporting patients within MSK, Orthopaedic and Pain pathways.
You’ll work with autonomy, whilst always being supported by experienced colleagues and strong leadership.
About the role:
- Provide outstanding MSK physiotherapy using evidence‑based practice
- Assess diagnose and treat patients with skilled clinical reasoning
- Manage your own caseload and adapt to patient and service needs
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes
- Take part in clinical audits, service development and quality improvement
- Maintain high standards of documentation and professional practice
- Support and contribute to a positive learning culture
- Develop your skills through CPD, supervision and training opportunities
About You:
- HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist (new graduates warmly encouraged to apply)
- Experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy
- Strong communication skills and a patient‑centred mindset
- The confidence to work independently, with great team support around you
- A flexible, proactive and enthusiastic approach

Desirable Experience:
- Experience in MSK Outpatient or Orthopaedic settings
- Strong IT skills and an interest in service development
Location: Coastal - working across our sites at Seaford and Eastbourne
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: £29.796.00 - £33,618.00 per annum, depending on experience
