What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead autonomous FCP clinics within GP practices, providing expert assessment, diagnosis, and management of MSK conditions at first contact.
  • Apply advanced clinical reasoning to deliver personalised, evidence‑based treatment plans and support shared decision‑making.
  • Collaborate with a skilled multidisciplinary team, contributing to seamless, patient‑centred care pathways.
  • Drive service quality through participation in clinical audits and service evaluations.
  • Manage a diverse outpatient caseload and help develop others through supervision and mentorship.

About You

  • HCPC-registered Physiotherapist.
  • Strong background in orthopaedics and MSK physiotherapy, including post‑operative rehab.
  • Excellent assessment, clinical reasoning, and treatment‑planning skills
  • Experience contributing to service improvement or audit activity
  • Confident communicator with effective teaching and mentoring skills
  • Self‑motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working independently and in leadership roles
  • Up‑to‑date knowledge of MSK evidence and best practice

What We Offer

  • Salary: Up to £50,583.00 per annum (full‑time equivalent, pro-rata according to hours and experience)
  • Contract: Full time - Permanent 
  • Hours: Part time (37.5 hours per week)
  • Locations: Eastbourne
