£26,220 37.5 hours

Horder Healthcare has an exciting opportunity for or a Clinical Governance Administrator to join a friendly, successful team at The Horder Centre based in Crowborough.

The successful candidate be responsible, in conjunction with the Clinical Governance Manager for the way in which the Datix system is used to ensure learning from reported incidents, complaints and claims and risk issues. Identifying themes, trends, learning and action plans. They will provide support and cross working with the Clinical Governance Administrator Datix lead and work closely with relevant managers in the collation and analysis of incidents, claims and complaints identifying trends and areas of particular risk. Provide administration support by producing Datix reports, the clinical governance report, data dashboards and the co-ordination of meetings including agenda setting and minute taking. 

Must Haves

  • Admin experience
  • Good command of the written English language
  • Competent with working with Excel and Word, databases and Outlook
  • Experience with complaints management
  • Customer service

  • Experience of working in a medical environment
